SHIPPING

Product will be processed and ship within 3 - 6 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays) after payment is received. 

You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number, kindly contact us if you didn’t receive any email in 48hours.

*Kindly expect a slight delay in delivery during MCO.  



Flat-rate shipping of RM 10 (Peninsular Malaysia) / RM20 (East Malaysia) for orders below RM200.
Free shipping is provided for orders of Rm200 and above.


Shipping to any other destination outside of Malaysia is currently not provided.


All parcels are shipped via Poslaju.


Next day delivery is available for KL & Klang Valley, you may select Express Delivery on checkout page. 

Kindly email/ drop us a message with your shipping address for a quote if it's not covered in our system.




RETURN & EXCHANGE


We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

If your product received damaged or unusable, please contact us at [email protected] with damaged product photos attached.
We will instruct you on how to return/exchange your purchase.

Please take extra care to read the Candle Care Tips card which comes with each candle.



Returns & Exchange

Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.
Product exchanges are only available for products that you received in a defective or damaged condition or when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Product cannot be exchange if you use any portion of your candle(s) you purchase on our site.

Items purchased must be returned new, in unused condition with original packaging, accessories and with all the original contents included.


Shipping

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

We will notify you once we received and inspected your return. If it’s approved, a refund will be pay via store credit/voucher to the customer’s account.

Sales items cannot be refunded.
